Application Process
Inquiry and Campus Tour
Begin by submitting an inquiry form or contacting our admissions office. We encourage all prospective families to schedule a campus tour to experience our learning environment firsthand.

Complete the online application form and submit all required documents, including academic records, teacher recommendations, and application fee.
Online Application →Assessment and Interview
Students will complete an age-appropriate assessment to help us understand their academic strengths and needs. Families will also participate in an interview with an admissions representative.
Admissions Decision
Admissions decisions are made by our committee based on all aspects of the application. Families are typically notified within 2-3 weeks of completing all application requirements.

Admissions Requirements
Required Documents
- Birth Certificate
Original or certified copy for age verification (for LKG/UKG & Class 1).
- Aadhaar Card
Photocopy of the student's and parent's/guardian's Aadhaar Card.
- Passport-size Photographs
Three recent passport-size photographs of the student.
- Previous Class Report Card
Photocopy of the report card from the previous class (if applicable).
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
Original TC from the previous school is required for admission to Class 2 and above.
Eligibility & Process
Eligibility
Admission is open for classes LKG to Class 8. The child must meet the minimum age requirement for their class as per government norms.

A brief interaction with the child and parents will be scheduled, followed by admission confirmation.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Ahilya Gautam Vidyapeeth is committed to making quality education accessible to qualified students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. We offer need-based financial aid and merit scholarships to eligible families.
Financial aid applications are reviewed separately from admission applications and do not influence admissions decisions. Families interested in financial assistance should complete the financial aid application by February 15th for priority consideration.
